At Karma we have a dedicated approach to data driven decisions, we work agile to find growth leverages and the data scientist and analyst will take us to the next level by unlocking change-making insights.

As the data scientist and analyst you are responsible for Karma's quantitative data, you will detect and predict user behaviour allowing us to build and provide the best surplus food solution in the industry.

You are a key player working closely with another analysts in Product development and Business Intelligence where your insights will be business crucial and have a direct effect on business decisions. You will make sure relevant data is provided and visualised cross company, enabling all teams to take decisions based on insights and learnings.

The Data analyst will:

Enable growth by providing game changing insights for the business
Find user behaviour patterns cross markets, branches and funnels
Together with the team merge insights from your quantitative data with qualitative user data
Make sure KPIs, growth and success progress is provided and available in best and most efficient way possible

Your background and previous experience:

3+ years of data analyses with focus on finding growth leverages
Experience with SQL, data modeling, Excel and quantitative analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude el al.)
Experience in data visualisation (Klipfolio, Geckoboard el al.)

You will report to the Growth Manager.
