We are looking for a winning account manager to a growing start-up that has customers waiting in line to try our service.


As Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in acquisition of new customers. An important part of the role is to inspire decisionmakers to dare to think in new ways to increase engagement among employees and managers at all levels of the company.

You establish and develop excellent relationships with decision makers in HR, management and the business lines within small and medium-sized businesses. You have the ability to run many parallel sales processes at the same time without losing focus on reaching your sales targets each month. For you, it is natural to have control of your pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasting and keeping the CRM system update. 

To succeed you will have access to:

We think you are: 

  • Results-oriented with high energy that rubs off on the customers, partners and colleagues
  • Good at communicating in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

  • Curious, interested and have the ability to put things in context

We believe that you have:

  • Experience of working in entrepreneurial high-growth companies 
  • An academic degree
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the SaaS and / or HR solutions
  • Documented good sales results
