As Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in acquisition of new customers. An important part of the role is to inspire decisionmakers to dare to think in new ways to increase engagement among employees and managers at all levels of the company.
You establish and develop excellent relationships with decision makers in HR, management and the business lines within small and medium-sized businesses. You have the ability to run many parallel sales processes at the same time without losing focus on reaching your sales targets each month. For you, it is natural to have control of your pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasting and keeping the CRM system update.
