Sendify is growing rapidly and have now set sight to scale quickly in Sweden. We are therefore looking for two (2) Account Managers with a huge passion to see things grow. A typical day:

No day is the same at a rapidly growing startup and you therefore have a big opportunity to be innovative and have an impact on strategies for our sales and growth. You will work closely together with the sales team and contact potential customers by e-mail and phone to explain and demonstrate how Sendify works and how it can save time, costs and reduce hassle for them. You will then guide the customers to the world of simplified logistics and make sure they benefit from Sendify. You will know all about our customers’ needs and by that play an important role in the ongoing business development together with our developers.


Your role:

  • Be one of our first Account Managers at Sendify
  • Identify new leads and partners. Engage clients and show them how Sendify can make their logistics simplified
  • Build and maintain long term client relationships
  • Close deals! Take care of clients from beginning to end
  • Onboard new clients to our platform
  • Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy
  • Play an important part in the product development. Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with our tech and operations team to improve the product
  • Master of our sales CRM-system
  • Be an important part of Sendify’s rapid development


The right person:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • At least 1 to 3 years in sales/business development with a proven sales record
  • You have strong problem solving skills. You are good at analyzing a current situation and figuring out by yourself new, creative ways to improve it
  • You are an excellent team player with high motivation in achieving team- and personal goals
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. You enjoy talking to customers, understanding their problems and love to close deals
  • An obsession with client happiness. You are happy when they are happy
  • Curiosity to learn new ways of operating in a conservative industry
  • You are organized and keep your inbox and CRM-system in order
  • You think productivity is cool and strive to do things better
  • You are fast-paced and like to learn quickly
  • Loads of energy and like to have fun!
  • Previous experience from the logistics industry is a plus
  • University degree is great, but not mandatory
