To support our team we are currently looking for an Accounting Manager (m/f) based in Stockholm. Join our ride!

Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for all accounting activities of FlixBus in the Nordics region (journal entry booking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, etc.) and will be reporting directly to the Senior Financial Manager
• You prepare and control monthly and annual financial statements
• You participate in the preparation of the business plan, the budgeting and planning of the cash flow
• You contribute to the Finance function improvement initiatives and internal control (accrual, audit, IFRS, etc) in an environment of continuous and strong development
• You take part in the implementation of an ERP in our company (Oracle Fusion)
• You are the first point of contact for all Billing related topics both internal and external
• You ensure an effective and reliable billing process delivering billing documents on time
• You streamline and improve billing process

Your Profile: 

• Excellent university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
• Very good communication skills (spoken and written) and ability to explain complex topics
• Reliable and responsible problem solver with proactive style of working
• Relevant experience in accounting complemented by experience in a small to mid-size company
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Working proficiency in all the established MS-Office-Programs (Excel, Word...)
• IFRS knowledge is a plus, and so is an understanding of Danish accounting principles
• Accurate and structured work style, combined with strong commitment, team-oriented mind-set
• You are native in Swedish and fluent in English; you understand Danish well. German is a plus
