Open position: Agile Team Lead

1 full-time permanent (part-time negotiable) position as Agile Team Lead. You will oversee day-to-day team software development team’s operations and performance, delegate tasks and set deadlines, monitor team performance and report metrics, discover training needs and provide coaching, encouraging and supporting an agile mindset combined with traditional project management skills.Besides a monthly salary, you will be able to take part in our staff options program (Sw: personaloptioner). The place of work is the company’s headquarter in central Stockholm.

Skills and requirements

We would like you to be skilled and have experience from the below:

• Project management of software development projects

• Scrum master and/or agile coach

• Supervising, overseeing, leading, educating, managing, rewarding and motivating teams

• Documented success from being responsible for a software team’s delivery

• Multi-national and international teams

• Computer science at the university level
