Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team
• Recruitment and team member development 
• Plan the sales work in a structured manner with clear actions and targets
• Build and manage the sales funnel
• Activly support the team to close deals 
• Sales reporting
• Continuously improve the overall sales process to maximize conversions
• Represent the company at global industry fairs and summits.

Required Qualifications

• Previous Experience from leading teams, preferably in B2B sales area
• Great interest in team development 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Intrapersonal skills - you are an active listener with a natural ability to influence
• Business acumen with a commercial drive
• Technical proficiency and computer skills

Merited Qualifications

• Sales of a B2B application or service
• Additional language skills
• Startup experience
• Background from the endurance event industry
• Familiarity with commonly used digital tools, e.g. CRM applications, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs)
