Desk Research Group (DRG) is a business consulting and project advisory firm based in Copenhagen that is currently expanding into Sweden. This position can be done out-of-office, therefore we are accepting applications from all over Sweden.

As a B2B sales executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, following through with the sales process and nurturing potential clients. At Desk Research Group, we have a detailed and systematic sales process which means that as a sales executive, you will be given all the tools to succeed at this job from day 1. In this role, you will be working closely with the Regional Manager in Sweden, whilst supporting the functions of the business consultants. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the B2B sales of DRG 
  • Generate smart and systematic leads 
  • Carry out the sales process including first contact emails and follow up calls among other things
  • Support the Regional Manager in reaching the quarterly sales goals 
  • On a bi-monthly basis, analyse current sales strategies and data in order to give suggestions of possible improvements to the sales process

Your profile:

  • A person who has a sincerely keen interest is in sales - it isn’t for everyone!
  • Result-oriented and focused on creating long-term customer relations
  • Self motivated and eager to go beyond the bare minimum required 
  • A person with a fighting spirit - you don’t take no for an answer and you are able to handle rejection
  • A person who is able to connect with other people on a social and professional level
  • Previous B2B sales experience a plus

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or Business; or experience with sales; or are crazy about sales
  • The ability to show why you would be a great B2B sales executive during the interview
  • Strong research and strategic analytical thinking
  • Fluent in written and spoken english required - Swedish is a plus
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and associated programs
  • Experience working on international level is a plus
