Tidler makes car ownership hassle free by providing mobility solutions within the automotive industry. In essence, we take our customers' cars to and from the MOT (car inspection), tire change, car service, car repairs etc. The customer simply selects when and where they would like to hand over their car keys and we handle the rest.

Today we provide our services B2B with a few of the world’s largest car manufacturers as our customers and shortly we will launch our consumer faced platform. Car owners get great convenience, our corporate customers get well maintained vehicle fleets while saving time and money and car manufacturers get even distribution at their car service garages and a great service for their customer.

Your mission as our CTO

As the CTO of Tidler you will be responsible for everything from setting the right architecture to building and leading a dedicated tech team.

On the one hand, the platform will be connected to a vast range of automotive partners (e.g. book services and handle customer orders) and it will handle large volumes of consumer orders from our website. On the other end, order volumes will need to be matched with our logistics operations making sure we have the right capacity of drivers in each location to optimize our operations.

Today we have a well-functioning platform where we use a mix of specialized third-party and inhouse-built systems integrated with our platform.

Your job as our new CTO will be to take our platform to the next level, delivering new flawless functionality to support Tidler’s continued steep growth trajectory. Balancing speed to market and operational excellence are key – both are required!

This is you:

• Several years’ experience in a project manager or CTO role with very strong results
• Strong architectural skills and the ability to understand and work with numerous IT environments and languages to be able to handle integrations with a range of different systems
• A leader and a team player with strong drive and positive spirit
• Ability to work effortlessly with both technicians and non-technicians
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a prerequisite
• University degree is a plus
• Previous experience from working within the automotive, logistics or transport sectors is a plus
