Kafka of Sweden, a food tech company working with insect protein, is looking for a business developer to grow its operations in Sweden and abroad.
We are looking for a business developer, passionate about FoodTech with good negotiation skills, knowledge of the food market and regulations both at EU and National level, previous work in a startup is a plus.
The main roles of this position:
- Improve current production conditions
- Build and execute a marketing and sales strategy
- Scout and negotiate partnerships to increase sales in EU
- Understand the current EU regulation on Novel Foods and the functioning of lobbying forces in the food market

Today we produce crisp bread that has four times the amount of protein than traditional alternatives. We launched in 2017 and run operations both in Stockholm and Malmö.
