Desk Research Group (DRG) is a business consulting and project advisory firm based in Copenhagen that is currently expanding into Sweden. This position can be done out-of-office, therefore we are accepting applications from all over Sweden.

As a Business Development Consultant, you are responsible for delivering high-quality project-based consultancy to international clients. Each project is tailored towards a client’s specific needs and are therefore very different. Most commonly demanded services include business planning, market research, and strategic marketing. We also provide consultancy within IT, legal advisory, machine learning and accounting. Providing a full breadth of services means that we are looking for business consultants from all backgrounds.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and deliver business solutions to clients with expertise 
• Produce work in an analytical manner, supported by relevant research and data analytics 
• Present results in a professional manner during the final executive meeting
• Ensure that clients are satisfied after delivering a project
• Work in teams with other consultants if needed 
• Support the goals of DRG and the management teams in Sweden and Denmark

 Your profile:

• Result-oriented and focused on creating long-term customer relations
• Self motivated and eager to go beyond the bare minimum required 
• Have an analytical mind 
• For certain positions: familiar with statistical programs (SPSS, R, STATA)
• A fast learner - since all our projects are different, being able to adapt and learn is essential!
• Good academic and/or professional track record
• Having experience working in a business or international environment is a plus

Requirements:

• Currently undertaking a bachelors or masters degree; or have just graduated within the last year
• Skills in Microsoft Office and associated programs
• Fluent in written and spoken english - swedish is a plus!
• Strong research and strategic analytical thinking
