With the help of technology, we make remittances cheaper, safer and smarter. We are looking for a Business Developer/Project Manager to lead internal projects. It is a diverse role where you will be coordinating between cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring successful delivery without compromising on a tight timeline (we are a start-up and speed is everything!). The type of projects will vary, with you being exposed to everything from marketing to IT.

We are looking for a Business Developer/Project Manager to lead internal projects. It is a diverse role where you will be coordinating between cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring successful delivery without compromising on a tight timeline (we are a start-up and speed is everything!). The type of projects will vary, with you being exposed to everything from marketing to IT (while we don’t expect to you to have a deep understanding of IT). One project may be to lead a new offline marketing campaign, while another project may be to implement a new software solution for our support team.

Our expectations:

We do not expect you to have long work experience, as we welcome candidates straight out of university or with a few years’ work experience. But we do expect you to be young, hungry and have an eagerness to learn and grow within the organisation. Your role will entail to:

• Define and manage project/purpose; clarify roles, tasks, dependencies, milestones and schedules, while breaking down complicated goals/project into manageable and easily understandable tasks

• Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating and reporting progress and quality of work, and taking corrective action when necessary

• Motivate team and proactively identify and/or anticipate resource and workflow issues to that timeline are kept

• Help eliminate bottlenecks and assign to-dos to team members and manage workflow through to approval

Your qualifications:

• An academic degree in a field such as business, marketing or management (other fields will be considered)

• Enthusiasm and initiative to juggle a wide range of responsibilities

• Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal

• Strong analytical capabilities, at the same time as you are highly organized and detail-oriented

• A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn

• Ability to work and lead a multicultural team of people from different backgrounds

• Fluency in English

The role will be based in our Stockholm or Örebro office. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
