We are now looking for a talented Business Development Representative to help accelerate our growth in the U.K. You will play an important role in our sales team from day one and have great opportunities to grow within the organisation.


BuildSafe is the mobile tool for safe and efficient construction projects that is transforming the construction industry. We help construction companies and property developers build both safer and more efficiently by providing a powerful and user-friendly digital platform.

That's why we need you. We are looking for a new member to join our dynamic and fast growing sales team. To be successful in this role you need to analyse our primary markets, identify prospective clients and approach business opportunities across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting and finding new business opportunities in the U.K.
  • Analyse relevant companies and developments in order to establish successful partnerships
  • Continuously build and maintain our pipeline
  • Be our first point of contact for all inbound leads as well as qualifying these
  • Work together with our Marketing team to deliver business opportunities within our segments
  • Play a key role in our team and work toward our vision


WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales
  • You are responsive, communicative, creative and passionate about their work
  • You are convinced that sales is a lot about patience and building long term relationships.
  • You are highly motivated with a real “can do” attitude - a self-starter
  • You have excellent communications skills with the ability to express complex technical information in easy-to-understand terms in English.
  • You are organised and capable of handling and prioritising great amount of data
  • You are ambitious – there are some great future career prospects for the right candidate
  • You like working in a fast paced start up atmosphere.
