Are you the next CEO of Sweden's most prominent fundraiser platform for non-profits and associations?


Funder is a crowdfunding startup with a platform running four sites, Zohero, CharityStorm and the Swedish Heart-Lung Foundation’s as well as Plan International’s charity crowdfunding sites. So far we have raised 30 million SEK to (mostly Swedish) non-profit organization.

We believe that raising money for your favorite charity organization, your kid’s football team or for your own private cause should be easier. We want to enable everyone to be able to make a big impact on society in their own way – and we give them the technical and payments platform to do that.

We are now looking for one or two passionate and driven person(s) to take the lead to make Funder Sweden’s most prominent crowdfunding startup for donations and giving. 

Your job will be to: 

  • Develop your company strategy
  • Raise investment capital to further develop the business and the platform
  • Build your own team
  • Run the company and increase its revenues 

You need to:

  • Have a big heart and be passionate about helping people to help themselves
  • Love digital marketing and sales
  • Have a strong interest in tech development and startups 
  • Be fluent in Swedish and English

As support, you will have the founders that will help you and guide you as well as the developers that are located in Croatia and Sweden. Compensation will be in stocks and in variable salary (as soon as the company’s finances will allow it).

Funder is a technical platform and advisory service for non-profits, providing them with the tools that they need for campaigns, fundraising, and selling. We have all the technology available in the cloud, but we also offer to coach on how to create a successful fundraising or sales campaign.We currently work with non-profit organizations, raging from charity, political, religious and sports organizations. We have around 50 customers, and we have done around 1000 campaigns for our customers. We need to be good, and we need to be creative. We believe in doing and being proactive. The most important thing for us is not to sell at all cost; we need to have a bit of heart in it too! We are doing what we are doing as we want to make an impact on the world.At Funder, we offer freedom and flexibility, but we want people on site to work together. Everyone is trying to do the best for the company to make it successful. We shift roles to increase learning, and people that are interested in working in other areas get the opportunity to do so. We believe that a team excels when they understand each other better, and therefore one needs to understand the challenges of the other persons’ work.Every Monday we have a weekly meeting when we go through last weeks’ KPIs. If we’ve reached our goal, we celebrate with a nice lunch!
