The teams of PhD’s and low-level engineers are working on Autonomous Driving, Drones, Robotics and AR/VR. The unique and high performing technology is transforming industries at the core. The company currently consists of 25 people and we’re growing with 1+ person per month right now.
We are looking for an experienced HR manager to lead the work of growing the company, while keeping and evolving the positive culture in the company. As the company grows, you will be leading all efforts around staff and policies. Being a startup, you will be taking on your fair share of the management tasks in growing this company into something great:
You are expected to head up recruiting and work with improving the recruiting process over time and work with documentation, templates and education of our staff that conducts the technical parts of the interview.
You are expected to own the salary and benefits process, meaning things like conducting interviews to assess each employee’s progress, keeping a good balance among salaries etc.
You are expected to have regular meetings with all people of the staff to help people work on what they like, find out problems that need to be solved and make sure that every voice in the company is heard.
You are expected to renew, implement and continuously measure and evolve a benefit system, including salaries, health care benefits, bonuses, share options etc.
You will be the person that knows the staff more than anyone else so you are expected to run the resource allocation.
You will setup and run Staff Management, HR, Wellbeing, Team Health, Personal Development, Career Goals, Social Activities within the team etc.
You will setup an run Annual Salaries, Bonus Payments, Share Option Programs, Monthly Salary Handling, Monthly Employee Expenses Handling
You will setup and run Internal Processes / Workflows, Company Information, Team Information, Internal Policies, Official Policies.
You setup expectations for the office assistant to do a good work in keeping the office and local events to a good standard.
