Pingle’s mission as a company is to create opportunities to connect, by providing inspiration and information about activities available in the local area. Our vision is to eradicate digital disconnect by using technology to take people outside and bring people together around fun things to do. Pingle launched its first version in September 2018 and now has over 15,000 users.

Pingle is Maxify’s first big internal project and we are looking for a Co-Founder & CEO.

The job will be very demanding and includes making Pingle a success in the market and in the investment rounds.

This position requires abilities to recruit, market and handle profit and loss reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their entrepreneurial skills.

Who you are

You seek to build a culture driven startup and dare to be unique in your approach. You are fearless and have the confidence to take the product and make it stick. You want to help us ramp up the business and to put your personal mark on the company. 

You are looking for the right opportunity to build a company and have CEO potential. You have previously managed people and teams, and in the core you enjoy working with people and taking them to the next level.

Together with the other Co-founder you will help accelerate the growth of the Pingle app. You will have the overall responsibility for sales, marketing, pitching and business development.

Your background may be sales, marketing, business development, or a combination, and you have 7+ years of experience. More importantly, you love a good challenge and want to do good for the world. Ideally you have a proven track-record in a similar role in a digital high-growth environment.


  • 7+ years of experience in business development, marketing or sales 
  • Strong visionary mentality
  • Familiar with launching digital products
  • Strong drive and capability for creating a network within a community
  • Have managed people before
  • Had previous P/L responsibilities
  • Independent with a high-level drive
  • Love for everything startup
  • EU passport / Right to work in Sweden
