Economic growth is the most important factor for creating long term values for society. Un-or underemployment among youths is alarmingly high and rising. Income disparities are increasing. New companies and innovative startups are important for future economic growth and increased independence for citizens, but the innovation ecosystem has many barriers for potential entrepreneurs. The GEM Global Report 2017-18 (and many others) highlight the importance of new solutions in a changing labour market, with increasing unemployment rates among young people (27 years or younger - half of the world's population), where the trend continues to increase. The support for entrepreneurial education today has shortcomings in both upper secondary and post-secondary education, as well as shortcomings in long-term coaching and guidance through the bureaucratic framework of each country. Increased entrepreneurship education and coaching are important means of addressing these challenges.
Today, there's no solution to get quality feedback and guidance on ideas or innovations on a vast scale over a longer term that is relevant and easily accessible to the user. This limits the number of innovations that potentially can become expansive companies and organizations. This is what we want to change - not just for the founders but for all stakeholders of a company. Entrepreneurship is a way of creating financial and social independence, and by doing so also reduce inequalities regarding both gender and income. We have a new approach to a current bottle-neck situation.
