Aside from achieving commercial success, what do you see as your startup’s mission?
To help create happy relationships that last. To reduce the time people spend on meaningless activities related to online dating. For people to grow personally while dating (through focusing and speaking about values).
Describe your perfect day at work.
Get in around 9, quick daily motivation and focus meeting with the team. Define 3 Most Important Tasks today, the month, and the year. Meeting people who want to help us and work with us, to find a way for passionate and talented people to come onboard. Planning and visualizing future steps and activities. Align team members according to overall vision and goals through guidance and co-operation. Regular team coffee break and lunch with meaningful discussion topics.
What is your best advice for entrepreneurs who are just starting out?
separate facts from assumptions. Test your assumptions to see if they are really true. Whatever you build, create a looping structure where it is your end customer guiding you in what to build. Keep an open mind, and stay flexible and adaptive.
