Develop your experience in digital marketing to a senior level as this is a hands-on role in a fast paced environment.


Overview

As the Content Marketing Intern for THINGS you’ll create a content strategy and implement digital content such as videos, digital campaigns, graphics and articles that build an engaged audience. Of course, it goes without saying that you are a SEO star and the content you generate is optimized for keywords. Your goal will be to drive hundreds of people to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook. Your success will drive membership and thus help Swedish industry innovate while simultaneously developing your reputation as a hero in B2B digital marketing amongst our deep tech community.

As an intern working for a startup there is considerable scope to develop your experience in digital marketing to a senior level as this is a hands-on role in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Who you are?

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:

Experience: At least one year working with social media and SEO in a professional capacity. B2B preferred.

Education: Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.

Skills: Native or near native English writing and speaking skills, excellent writer, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products - Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro.

Characteristics: This is an autonomous position, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated. It’s also a creative role, so you have to be able to gracefully receive criticism and feedback about your work.

 

Responsibilities

As THINGS’ Content Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the Acting Head of Marketing on creating the content strategy, content, digital campaigns and aligning with SEO. You will strategize, experiment, learn, and adjust as you go. Along your journey to grow our membership base and audience, you’ll be responsible for:

· Creating a content strategy and plan for a six-month period.

· Sculpting informative, entertaining, digestible content that audiences can’t stop reading.

· Writing content according to SEO best practices.

· Designing beautiful, rich graphics that are as engaging as they are shareable.

· Publishing short, engaging and relevant video content.
