About

Since founded in 2015 growth has been exploding fast for Mapiful, a success story from start as mentioned in The New York Times, The Guardian and Swedish DN. A small start up from Gothenburg, starting out as a hobby project by four entrepreneurial friends. With sales all over the world, the team is ready to expand the organisation.

The new role as COO will work closely with the CEO, who is one of the founders. Responsibilities and tasks including contact with partners and suppliers, economics, administration, analytics, marketing and all those initiatives and projects the COO her- or himself decides to set off. The role is based at our beautiful office in central Stockholm, fluent Swedish is not required for this role. You do need to have permission to live and work in Sweden. 

What we look for in our new teammate

Knowledge and skills in communications, branding and social media, which is core in the company

International experience and multiple languages is a plus, since sales is global. 

Analytical mindset and a nerdy love to KPI:s and metrics

Ability to take initiative as well as managing projects and take action, fast and vigorous

Creative problem solver

A communicative person who is easy to work with, humble and curious

What you will do:

Negotiation with suppliers and partners and fine tuning logistics and customer service

Economics, administration, budget planning and reporting to CEO and board

Continuous measurement of sales, Adwords campaigns, conversion on site, social media reach etc.

Work closely with marketing team with all communications

This role overall is about getting shit done. You must be able, and preferably love to, send a bunch of emails, answer a couple of calls, put together and send over an excel model, check the latest KPI:s and have a internal creative meeting around influencer marketing on the same morning. This is a unique opportunity for the super talent that want to work close with experienced entrepreneurs in a growing e-commerce business.
