Proteams is a freelance marketplace where businesses can hire top professionals in Europe for their web, mobile, new tech or digital marketing jobs. Jobs are either full-time or project-based, and either remote or on-site depending on the client's need. Talents are all located in Europe, handpicked based on their skills and experiences. We eliminate all problems that clients face in other freelance platforms, such as quality, communication or time difference issues.

We are looking for a Country Manager / Co-Founder for Sweden, who is experienced in sales and marketing with a strong business network. We expect that you should create new channels either offline or online for sales to Swedish businesses, manage local campaigns, establish partnerships with local agencies and represent the brand in local events.

Here are the services that we will offer to Swedish businesses:

1- Projects: We find the right freelancers and teams for project-based jobs teams. We either manage or supervise the project and make sure that the output is delivered as promised and on time.

2- Extended teams: We help the clients to extend their teams by hiring freelancers who can commit for longer term either remotely or on-site.

3- Deals: We provide deals for digital products that are already built by our professional members and can be re-used only for the fraction of the cost.

We are particularly looking for someone with an entrepreneur spirit, who can dedicate all (or at least most) of his time to the business, and someone with Swedish as the native language. We do not pay a fixed-monthly wage, but we offer a big share of the revenues. When we are sure that we are a good fit, we can establish a local company in Sweden and have an equity-based partnership with you, or else, we can manage the transactions and invoicing from our Danish company and have different commercial terms depending on your preferences.
