We’re looking for a super customer oriented person to build a fantastic user experience at Anyfin. We’re a small but ambitious team that are growing very quickly with the goal of becoming the consumer’s best friend and help people get away from high interest rates and hidden fees.
As a Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for all processes that involve customer interaction. This means you will design and determine our customer communication (what to say), communication channels (where to say it) and communication processes (how and when to say it). You will also be responsible for communicating directly with our customers and potentially build a Customer Experience team in the future.
