In April 2017 Swedbank invested 15 000 000 SEK in our company and we are now integrating our platform into Swedbank, making our features available to over 4 200 000 Swedish customers. You will be responsible for our customer relations, mainly by monitoring and answering to inbound communication. As a startup, we started with e-mail support and have now implemented Zendesk support system to enable chat and phone support on top of the e-mail.
A big part of the responsibility as customer support manager is analysis and tracking. What kind of support tickets are we receiving? How is the satisfaction rate? How can we improve the product to reduce the number om support tickets while keeping a high satisfaction rate?
We believe that great customer support is an important piece of the puzzle to good sales numbers, therefor your role will be essential to our success!
Daily tasks include
- Answering to support tickets from several channels, including e-mail, chat and phone.
- Perform analysis on the support KPI: s/Metrics
- Produce a strategy of improvements that can be done within the product to improve KPI: s/Metrics
- Assisting in order management

Native/Bilingual proficiency in both English and Swedish is mandatory
