“Customer Relations Manager”. Quite a fluffy title that comes with a number of meanings, right? Yes, we know it’s fluffy. We also know that it was indeed the title that probably first caught your attention, so in order to keep that curiosity of yours going, we have written down this short summary about what it means to us.
As the new Customer Relations Manager in this family of talents, you will be responsible for handling and nurturing the relationships with our beloved users. We believe that great customer relationships are built upon humility, patience and a genuine passion for helping people, and we now need someone just like you to provide that to our users. In order for you to be able to do so, you use chat, email, phone, and social media as your magic tools to help our users with whatever questions they have.
What can we improve to help our users? What do they want us to build? How can we maintain a high satisfaction rate? Those are the type of questions you will act upon on a daily basis, and you are also responsible for analyzing and tracking the feedback that we receive.
One could say that you are the voice of our users, and it is up to you to share their thoughts and opinions with the rest of the team. Needless to say, you will be an important part in the journey of conquering the world together with the rest of us. Pretty awesome and inspiring, right?
