We are looking for a Customer Success Lead to help our customers grow. We are looking for a hard-working person with a smart mind to wow our clients with timely, white-glove customer service. Your main responsibility will be to make our customers satisfied, expand contracts and educate our global community.
You will be responsible both for troubleshooting technical issues, fixing basic account needs, expand existing contracts and delight our customers through every step of their journey.
Our ideal candidate will be fast-paced, business-minded and have empathy and patience with customers and is well acquainted with technology.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in defining and implementing our Customer Success strategy and processes, creating an efficient and scalable model, so that it can scale as the company grows
- Onboard new customers and help them get started and achieve success with Aevy. Walk that extra mile and more. Wine and dine and over-deliver.
- Collaborate with every aspect of the company, particularly the sales team
- Schedule regular check-ins with our clients and expand their existing contracts, optimise the customers likelihood of contract renewal
- Keep our customers up to date and well-educated on latest features and educate through every step of their journey
- Provide support in a friendly, timely, and effective manner
- Collect, aggregate and synthesize customer feedback

- Your mother tongue is Swedish and you are fluent in English.
