This digital platform offers Smart Assessments to Board of Directors, CEOs and other leaders – based on a user-centric design approach and data analytics. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with our customers first hand – ensuring an A-class customer experience. You will be working together with rest of the team and customers alike with onboarding, user adoption, improve retention and overall success, whilst helping to collect data, case studies and product feedback.
Key responsibilities:
Increasing loyalty and satisfaction with our customers, and potential customers by engaging them early and often to make sure their needs are metContinuing the development of “client success factors” and identifying relevant metrics to optimize the ideal delivery process and its measurements
Acting as a “go-to-person” on BoardClic practices, offering as much knowledge to our customers as needed to make them excel in BoardClic usage
Working hand in hand with the rest of the team to promote the product, and complete product pilots
Working based on a “customer first”-agenda – understanding and empathizing with our customers on a level where they will wonder: “Who’s side is this person actually on?”
Gathering and analysing data and customer requests to help building and improving the product roadmap
will also from time to time plan and execute marketing activities together with sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Passionate about customers and sales
Analytical
Service minded
High EQ (patience, calmness under pressure, attentiveness)
Great organisational skills
High energy
Great communication skills and near-to-natively fluent in written and verbal Swedish and English
Entrepreneurial, self-starter personality with a can-do attitude
The role is based in BoardClic’s Stockholm office, hence being available for face-to-face interviews is a must.
