As a Customer Success Manager, your ultimate goal is to make sure that your customers reach their goals within digital advertising, through using the Bannerflow platform.

You will own the overall relationship with your assigned customers, from getting them successfully onboarded, to helping them develop more sophisticated advertising. You will work proactively to help them grow, and create remarkable campaigns.

As their first point of contact you will be close to both decision makers and designers. Acting as their trusted advisor and pushing the boundaries of the customer’s mindset. Internally you will be their advocate, supplying valuable feedback and knowledge, which will be used to improve the Bannerflow product.

You are always one step ahead of things and are often proposing the next natural step for a customer (before they are even imagining it!).

You are a true team player and understand that strength comes from making the most of smart colleagues. You want to learn every day and develop your skills, as well as share your knowledge and experiences with others.

  • You genuinely are passionate about customer success!
  • You have experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar. 3+ years.
  • You have experience in contract negotiation
  • You are fluent in English, oral and written
  • You have great presentation skills
  • Openness and cooperation come very naturally to you.
  • You enjoy turning problems into opportunities.
  • You get shit done.
  • You don’t wait for the answer, you seek it for yourself.
  • You want to be part of making Bannerflow the best place to work in the world.


Additional positives:

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Previous experience of a SaaS company
  • Familiarity working in a fast growing company
