Responsibility areas

- Take full ownership of the social media channels (primarily Facebook and Instagram) in order to increase interaction and awareness

- Proactively search for new social media activities, with the aim to interact with existing as well as new target groups

- Measure and analyse activity and responsiveness in the different online channels 

 - Play around with, as well as take, photos and videos for publication

Experiences

- Experience from, or knowledge within, digital marketing and how to use social media channels effectively

- Experience from a photo editor programme (since photos will be taken and used online)

- Experience from, or interest in, google analytics

- Be good at creative as well as professional communication 

Profile  

Loafers by. is looking for a professional yet easy going person with great passion for digital marketing and social media. The candidate must be self-going and able to take initiatives. Since the company is in a very early phase, the digital manager will have great responsibilities and work remotely (flexibility and mobility is what we do). However, regular meetings will be held and a strategy will be set together with the founder. Team work is key in this small team and it should be highlighted that working from abroad is absolutely fine - as long as the candidate is able to communicate on a regular basis.

The applicant must be fluent in English and Swedish.
