Description of the Job:

As part of the team, you will learn about our products and learn how to promote and sell our products door to door, as well as to your friends and relatives. You will gain confidence and learn through doing, by working on your sales pitch and working out what helps you gain the best sales. Since we are selling new concepts on the market, it is about explaining to your customers the benefits of BLOCKHEAD functional products. We will also work together and learn from each other’s successes and challenges though regular meetings and training.

What we are seeking:

We are looking for confident high school students aged 16 to 19 who have the drive to learn, and wanting to be part of a fun team. Motivated and willing to work some evenings and some weekends depending on the schedules set.

We need you to be able to be confident in Swedish as well as have some basic level English speaking skills since we are an English speaking company. (Don’t worry we don’t expect you to be fluent in English. You will be selling in Swedish)

Remuneration:

This job is performance based and you earn based on your sales performance. It is commission based, so the better you sell, the better your pay. We will be offering bonuses and competitions to make this a fun place to work. While we will be offering some great products to sell not only gum, but some cool merchandise and apparel to ensure you get the best compensation and sales commissions.  You can also gain through promoting sales through our online store.

Job Location:

We are based in Stuvsta/ Huddinge and will have meetings at our office / house. However we will be travelling around Stockholm to gain the best sales potential in areas that have houses.
