1 full-time permanent position as Director of Commercial Operations.
In this role you are responsible for growth and will manage the customer journey, and relevant teams. You will be responsible for the recruitment of new team members, developing, implementing and executing on work processes in preparation for fast and efficient scaling. Data is your best friend and you will keep on top of the numbers.
Key Areas of responsibility:
Manage MarCom team in Stockholm, and field
Field/Sales offices – Rwanda (soon Kenya), and future markets.
Strategy and execution:
B2B2C Growth (End-user acquisition and Sales B2B)
Go-to-market strategy
Commercialisation
Customer success/support
Key Account Management
