You work well in a fast-moving team, but thrive working independently and have an innate ability to execute. We value great communication skills, and an attitude of taking on the challenge of ensuring branding consistency across all media platforms. You will plan and execute our marketing strategy to promote the launch of our product. You will be planning, managing and implementing marketing activities including, but not limited to, marketing campaigns, email marketing, PPC, SEO and Retargeting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Ecommerce strategy, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Use tools such Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc. to export and analyze data, delivering reports with performance tracking and analytics
• Draw correlations between data points to align with marketing objectives and goals

 Preferred qualifications

• Education in ecommerce/digital marketing 
• Experience or interest in fashion and sustainability is a plus
• English, both written and spoken is a plus
