TAKE A DEEP BREATH! Breath is the core of all mindfulness practices and a key element of mental and physical well-being. We are mindfulHU, a team of two researchers from KTH and we have built one of the first digital mindfulness devices for proper breathing.


Who are we?

We are mindfulHU, a research team from KTH building one of the first mindfulness devices for breathing meditation and relaxation.

We design bio-feedback based adaptive human-computer interaction and provide mindful experience. We have released our first functional prototype and tested on 50+ users from 4 different countries.


What are we looking for?

Position 1. Embedded programmer

Who has an interest in designing/implementing algorithms for control loop theory and who also has good experience in low-level programming preferably ARM 32 bits.

The person must be comfortable with programming in C/C++ and low-level programming, debugging embedded systems and understanding microprocessor.

We appreciate candidates with:

  • Knowledge of wireless communication using TCP/IP and LTE
  • Bluetooth
  • Arduino
  • General hardware experience

Position 2. Mobile app programmer

  • iOS and Android developer
  • Experience of UI/UX design is preferred

The candidate needs to be motivated, focused, taking initiatives, and able to work independently and in the team.
