Sing Along is a social entertainment app for people who love to sing and share their amazing talent. Backed by major music labels and global artists, Sing Along is on track to disrupt the music co-creation industry. Currently in private beta phase with our iOS app and 250+ active test users plus have a VIP queue with about 1500 users waiting to try the app. You will become part of our core team & work towards our modest ambition of world domination :)

What will you do?

Build new features in our admin dashboard, by updating our Django backend and Nuxt frontend. Build new features in the API to our mobile app. We also want to start a whole new project which is a public facing web app where users can share and play our video content.

Future backend projects can include AI/ML, distributed databases, deployment automation, content delivery, and much more. One of the benefits of working in a startup is that there are many areas to work on, and gain experience with. You will be reporting to our Tech Lead, who is a senior Full Stack Developer.

What kind of person are you?

Perhaps you are still in university, or have a few years experience, as long as you are a good coder! We value high quality code, ability to focus on what is important, and good communication skills. We do not have a lot of processes and meetings, it's more efficient to just talk to each other while we are still a small team.
