NearYou is a Exciting new application that helps you discover all events you love, on topics you like, as never before, happening near you. Our users will be able to discover awesome, new and amazing things to do, events in every city in Sweden. As we planning the launch of our application, we are looking for talented, energy filled growth managers to help us establish a foothold in the market and a presence at every university in Sweden.
The objective is to reach out to students across all universities in Sweden so that they sign up for a membership with Nearyou. We do this by reaching out to all the student unions who in turn introduce this app to students on campus.
Typical responsibilities and tasks include
Organise marketing activities, help set up partnerships (including user acquisition, coordinate marketing activities, help the company gain key insights of local marketplaces, manage local user community with support from the Management team)
Exploring and establish potential joint ventures and cooperations with the student unions and other relevant businesses
Organise and execute on promising pilots for new ways of marketing the service and boost growth
Work with no or limited resources if necessary
Identify customer segments
Develop marketing strategy
Product launch planning and execution
Customer relationship management
Product value creation/proliferation
Marketing content creation
Skills required and expectation from us
Student in marketing, advertising or related area
Great business communication skill
Understand business procurement system
Have international trading experience is huge advantage
Good English written skill
