Stagecast has now been live for over a year and we have been working closely together with selected customers within live music, festivals and independently organized events 🎉🎊🎉 The common ground of our customers is that they care about making memorable experiences and want to involve their audience in the event.
We are now in the hunt for someone who is passionate about bringing Stagecast to the next level with us. You will be working closely together with our CEO + COO to build and execute a sales & commercialisation strategy for Stagecast. Most importantly, you will be an invaluable key player in scaling Stagecast.
Your work tasks and responsibilities will mainly be:
Strategizing and setting goals for sales & marketing Persistently building and keeping track of sales pipeline with transparency
Meeting customers, closing deals and helping them get started with Stagecast
Taking customer needs and insights back and sharing them with the rest of the development team
Having input in high-level discussions such as business model, strategy, marketing, etc.
Testing marketing hypothesis with ads for different customer segments
Analyzing data to understand and improve how customers go through the sales funnel
Spot business opportunities and keeping track of competitive landscape

You also have…
previous relevant working experience within B2B SaaS Sales
great people- and communication skills (English & Swedish)
an understanding of the event industry (no previous work experience within this field is required, but definitely a benefit!)
ability to sustain and maintain customer relationship (Accounts)
experience within developing and working with sales processes/funnels and CRM
previous working experience with bringing a product to market, e.g. commercialisation
entrepreneurial, creative yet analytical mind who knows how to make decisions based on data as much as on intuition
