Head of Gigstr UK  

Gigstr is an HR tech company. We help small and large businesses with tailored staffing solutions. We manage everything via our app ‘Gigstr’ which enables us to help businesses globally just as easy as locally. For jobseekers, or gigstrs as we call them, this means that they, via our app based platform and under our administration can take gigs when, where and how they like. Most of our gigstrs combine several gigs within different industries and are thereby able to tailor their work-life, gain experience and grow their professional network.

Gigstr is active in several European cities with offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen. In August 2017 we're opening a new office i London and we are now looking for a guiding light and driving force to launch, build and drive our new office in London.  

The role:

Head of Gigstr UK means that you have total responsibility for our UK operations. You report directly to our CEO and are part of a management team together with our other offices.

Our UK operations will kick-off with you, 2 Account Managers and a Marketing Manager. You will be able to take part in choosing your team. The office is situated at South Bank (https://www.wework.com/buildings/south-bank-central--london). Our aim is to grow our UK operations to the number one on-demand staffing solution i London. 

Responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating and inspiring success.
• Structuring and organizing how our operations work.
• Helping our success, sales and development teams to reach new levels.
• Being the face, force and voice of our UK operations, including taking part in interviews, conducting seminars, holding presentations and events. 

Who are we looking for?

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and wish to join a company that you can treat as your own.
• You have experience within staffing, either from traditional staffing industries or other similar businesses.
• Experience from leading growing organisations.
• You get a kick out of helping people and business grow.
