Belay is a digital self-assessment platform offering full control and insights into the company regulatory compliance. At the core, we’re a technology company and by developing digital solutions we are able to create a seamless customer experience. We're currently in need of a Head of Sales & Marketing that has the drive and ambition to help us continue our growth and expansion.

The Role

After completing the first iteration of the customer platform we are now looking for an ambitious and insightful individual to manage our marketing operations in the Swedish market. You’ll be a key player in our aim to expand the customer portfolio and increase the brand awareness of Belay on the Swedish market.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Project management abilities with operational experience from running marketing in a B2B company.

• Business acumen. Strong on generating new marketing concepts that support business goals.

• Skill to communicate with internal stakeholders

• Flexible problem solver. You aim high, easily adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and find solutions to issues on the go.

• Outgoing and like public speaking. You enjoy interacting with people, can adapt your message to the receiver and do not hesitate to speak in front of a bigger group.

• Growth mindset. You seek out to test new ideas and learn from both failures and successes.

• Self-Starter. You are proactive and have a “can-do” attitude.

• Schedule flexibility. You are willing to work outside of regular business hours from time to time.

• Language proficiency. Native in Swedish and fluent in English.
