Znipe is looking for a Head of Product to join us in our office in central Stockholm. Together with our fantastic team you will be part of changing how millions fans watch esports online by running the Znipe TV product development. You will be responsible for the Znipe TV product roadmap and product packaging where you will leverage your extraordinary esports ecosystem insights and outstanding product development merits.
As a our Head of Product you will be part of the Znipe management team and be personally responsible for the product roadmap for our core product, Znipe TV. You will identifying pain points for the users, find solutions and bring value added ideas to the already vibrant vision for Znipe TV. You will be tasked with package our product for monetization both on our own znipe.tv site as well as partnership sites.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of product roadmap
- Aligning stakeholders to ensure resources to coverage the product realization
- Identifying pain points and value adds for esport fans and viewers
- Working in a structured and methodical way to ensure that resources are spent where they can make most impact
- Balance a vision driven development with user studies and measurements
Requirements
- 4+ years of product development experience or Product Owner merits
- 2+ years of experience leading and motivating Agile teams
- Experience with launching an innovative product
- Extraordinary understanding of the esports scene
- Strong passion for esports and building innovative products
