We are growing our Shopello Team as well as reorganising how we work with sales, key account management and business development. To succeed with our ambition and become the default mode for online vendors to acquire their customers we need more people who can consistently bring in the big business through the door.
Shopello is enjoying strong growth year on year and we are now establishing a new scalable team structure which will set us up to seriously make a dent in our industry. We want you to be a part of this.

This position is open for someone who already knows their way around sales, preferably complex and technical. You will work in a team with mixed experience and chances are that you will be mentoring and guiding some less experienced colleagues in how to grow in their roles from the sideline. We encourage this, business development can be competitive and that's good, but first and foremost we are a team. We succeed when we all succeed.
The Shopello platform has great potential and we are continuously developing the product and think that your feedback from the field will be great a contribution in this.
Ideally you will rapidly wrap your head around the foundations, opportunities and limitations of the platform to begin prospecting for what we could do, not only what we do today.

Meet monthly quota goals
Owning the entire sales process from prospecting, mapping out stakeholders, tailoring complex cases for large organisations, to closing deals and ensuring smooth handovers to our Customer Success Team
Participating in the estimations of development cost and time, ROI analysis
Build and iterate on sales decks
Log events in our CRM, and other administrative tasks

Languages
We work towards all of Europe and we want you to speak English and at least one of the following languages in addition:
Swedish
German
French
We consider it an asset with multiple languages but also believe that most customers of this calibre are approachable in English.
In terms of current customers we have already brought onboard some considerable brands you have already heard of, but we think we have plenty of large customers untouched.
