Our Shopello Sales Team is growing, and we are reorganising how we work with Sales and Customer Success Management. To succeed with our ambition to become the default option for online vendors to acquire their customers, we need more people who can consistently bring big business through the door.

SaaS & Marketing Software experience wanted. This position is open for someone who already knows their way around Customer Success & sales, preferably complex and technical. Experience from SaaS or Marketing software sales is a great merit here.
Team. You will work in a team with mixed experience who will look to you for advice. We encourage this, Sales can be competitive and that's good, but first and foremost we are a team. We succeed when we all succeed.
Contribute your feedback. The Shopello platform has great potential with a fast growing number of satisfied customers, but we want to take things even further! We are continuously developing the product, and want your feedback from the field to be a contribution in this.
Ideally you will rapidly wrap your head around the foundations, opportunities and limitations of the platform, so that you can begin prospecting for what we could do, not only what we do today.
Rapid change. You must feel comfortable working in a chaotic environment that changes fast, where the information is opaque at times. We are in a phase of growth, and hope that you will be contributing to setting strong habits and routines in the team we are building.
Market & our customers. We are moving on a relatively new market and many of the customers we have love our product. We want to help more businesses succeed with their online sales.
Meet monthly quota goals for upsales
Owning the entire Customer Success process with training, advising, tailoring solutions, map out potential account size, make a plan for the account and ultimately optimise and grow the account to full potential
Build and iterate on Customer Success material
Log events in our CRM, and other administrative tasks
We work towards all of Europe and we want you to speak English and at least one of the following languages in addition:
Swedish
German
Another european language
We consider it an asset with multiple languages but also believe that most customers of this calibre are approachable in English.
