Globuzzer is a social network for international students and expats, a winner of KTH Innovation pre-incubator, that has also been selected as a successful showcase in Silicon Valley by the hosted social network builder company Mighty Networks. We have over 17K followers on our Facebook page and 20 K users on our website. The team consists of 60 multinational talented people that operate in 15 countries. Now we are looking for a motivated HR Manager to join our dream.

As HR Manager you will mainly work with developing and improving internal processes and plans that affect the employees in regards to things such as compensation, career development and employee life cycle. 

As you will assume responsibility for the well being- and culture of the team you will have to be able to use your social skills as well as your administrative skills to your advantage to identify and solve problems that arise. To succeed in this role you are most likely a person that gets along with all kinds of people, and having the mindset of helping others out is something that comes very naturally to you.

Your role will include:

• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
• Help creating and revising job descriptions
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Participating in administrative activities
• Support the Office Manager with onboarding, team activities, employees safety, wellness and health
• Report to the COO

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is enrolled in Bachelor/Master degree program of relative studies
• Based in Stockholm, Sweden
• Is fluent English (Swedish is a merit)
• Knowledge of Swedish Law/Bureaucracy is a merit
