What will you be doing? 

You will set up, grow and own your market vertical based on our clear, methodological approach in a fast-paced, proactive and evolution-focused sales environment while being supported by a structured onboarding, mentoring and continuous development program. You will acquire and manage clients (B2B) and candidates (B2C), negotiate salaries and fees, attend and organize meetups as well as becoming a ‘go-to’ consultant within your technical vertical. Then you will decide which career route you will take to further increase your responsibilities - we have strong leadership opportunities!
