We are looking for an investment professional to join the Inventure team to help with building deal flow and source investment opportunities in the Nordics & Baltics. This also includes working with our portfolio companies as well as building relationships with future potential investees

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribution to all aspects of deal flow from sourcing, screening and evaluating new investment opportunities to assisting with due diligence, deal execution and closing at Seed to Series A

• Mapping and researching verticals across target geographies to identify attractive markets and companies

• Helping with building a more data-driven approach to managing our network, deal flow and due diligence initiatives

• Meeting and networking with exceptional entrepreneurs and attending various events

Requirements:

• Extensive understanding of, and passion for, technology trends

• Ideally an existing network and connections to the European startup and investment ecosystems

• Preferably some experience as an operator in a software business in a Technical, Product, Marketing or Operations role, or as a Management Consultant or Finance professional

• Undergraduate degree from a top tier university a plus

• Language skills are a plus

• Strong analytical skills - both strategic and numerical

• Excellent communicator with ability to articulate ideas accurately and concisely
