Quickly provide qualitative responses to customers questions
Proactively engage customers in meetings with our consultants
Assisting with data import and product setup tasks
Keep track of customers' use of our software
Average response time to customer questions in less than 1 hour
Achieve a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 50, or higher
Performing customer reviews to maximize adoption, expansion and retention
The sales technology space is exploding, and you will work in a fast-paced market with plenty of innovation!

To get this job, and to be masterful at it, you'll need the following:
Be located in Sweden
Fluent in Swedish and English in writing and verbally
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation.
General tech-savviness and the ability to use modern software tools
Skilled in Microsoft Excel to manage data imports
2+ years of work experience in a customer success/support role
High empathy and a customer service attitude
