Your role at Blok is to run our day-to-day customer facing operations as the lead agent. Together with our GM in Sweden you’ll set-up our office and operations in Sweden and Stockholm. Your responsibilities will center around the mission of providing our Swedish customers the best possible home selling and buying experience. Customer satisfaction will be the main indicator your performance will be measured against.
We expect you to have the required education and experience to operate as a real estate agent in Sweden (registrerad fastighetsmäklare).
Additionally we are looking for an individual who has the ambition and capacity to evolve into a Head of Customer Service position as our team and operations grow.
You’ll naturally become a part of our option program, we believe that you need to have ownership to feel ownership.
