Anyfin is looking for a Legal Counsel who will play a key role in developing the business, do legal investigations and provide legal advice to make sure we grow Anyfin as quickly and sustainable as possible. Thrive to work with a broad range of questions related to financial regulation, compliance, commercial agreements, product development and financing? You will be managing legal questions related to all these areas and drive change processes to make sure Anyfin is set up for a very exciting future. You will

• Give legal advice across different areas in the organisation
• Handle questions and legal processes related to Anyfin’s financial license
• Be working with compliance related matters to our financial license and GDPR
• Work with and negotiate commercial contracts
• Be working with questions related to financing of the company, our board of directors and owners
• Report directly to COO and work closely with the management team

We believe you have

• Swedish law degree
• 3+ years of work experience from a well-renowned law firm
• Experience from financial services regulation, AML/CTF and/or GDPR
