We're on a mission to make customer communication and in-app interaction personal. We apply machine learning algorithms to customer idea to uncover what drives customer conversion and retention. We use our learned insights to make customer communication personal and help customers get the most out of companies' digital products. As the company is at an early stage, you will have the opportunity to be a core part of the team.

We're looking for a smart, hard-working individual with an academic background and some industry experience in machine learning, who can be productive on Day One. You should be able to demonstrate or cite relevant work you have done in the past. 

Ideally, you will have worked with TensorFlow, NumPy and pandas.

You will work on our core product, improving the performance and efficiency of our algorithms. 

Day-to-day tasks will include algorithm prototyping, performance improvement, e.g., training on large data sets in more efficient ways, and deploying learning models to production. 

You should also be comfortable working with and creating RESTful APIs.

Requirements:

• Experience building secure, scalable real-world applications
• Expert knowledge of Python or a similar language
• Experience building distributed systems  
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
