HelloSkin is growing its Nordic markets and is looking for a talented intern for its Sales and Operations team. We are looking for an ambitious student with business or startup experience that is not afraid of taking on responsibility and challenging projects.

HelloSkin helps people with chronic skin diseases find and buy safe non-prescription skin care products suitable for their individual skin needs. In the process, we built an unprecedented data powerhouse to create future personalised products based on individual skin properties and conditions.

We want to help the 1.5 billion people with chronic skin conditions such as eczema, acne, or psoriasis take better care of their skin.

• Safety is important. We have screened 3000+ non-prescription creams and solutions, correlated to scientific evidence, and found that 88% contain potentially unwanted ingredients!
• Personalisation is important. Every skin is different and dynamic. We supply products based on your feedback and experiences from 42,000+ customers across Scandinavia and UK.

Next step is to use this crowdsourced data to produce truly customised creams, tailored to your individual needs when living with a chronic skin condition. One skin, one solution - your cream.

THE POSITION

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled person that can support our small Nordics team. You will be working closely together with our Head of Nordics to grow our Scandinavian markets.

We imagine that you are a bachelor’s or master’s student and natively speaking and writing either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and looking to grow your career over the course of the summer.

You will be working hands-on with Facebook marketing, email marketing, social media, and ecommerce operations. Preferably you have had your first work experience within one or more of these areas. You will be getting your own projects that you will need to oversee and follow through over the course of the internship.

We have been operational in the Nordics in less than a year, which means that you will get a chance to highly influence our business in these markets.

Who we are looking for

• You are structured and enjoy taking on challenging tasks
• You have a flair for marketing and is able to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand their needs
• You are motivated by responsibility
• You can work independently, yet you are still a team player
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a “get-things-done” attitude

It’s a plus if you

• Have worked with ecommerce and know your way around ecommerce platforms such as Shopify

It’s an absolute necessity that you

• Speak and write one of the Scandinavian languages
• Love working hands-on and focus on executing tasks
• Are organised and have an eye for details
• Are genuinely interested in helping people with a chronic skin condition

We are an international team of 16 dedicated people that live and breathe to help people with chronic skin conditions. You will be working from our office in central Copenhagen that we share together with the people from LEO Innovation Lab.
