The early bird... starts working for Testbirds! Since 2011 Testbirds has been a pioneer in the testing of apps, web applications, smart home and Internet of Things applications. With the support of 100 employees and 250,000 testers globally, we are successfully conquering this rapidly growing international market. Having recently launched an international office in Amsterdam, we are now searching for talented and ambitious colleagues.

Your Role

The goal of your position is to support our Birds in their daily work and to make sure that everything runs smoothly in our nest: 

• Office Organization: You keep an overview of the ordering system and the control of service providers so that all office and feel-good, office and marketing materials are always in stock 

• Reception: You welcome our guests and keep our office and meeting rooms always in a top condition 

• Assistance: You play an important role in the administrative process both for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. In addition to this you look after the travel bookings and shipments of the project management team 

• Events: You support us in organizing events for our Birds or trade fairs and customer events

You Bring

• You have had previous experience in a similar role for at least two years 

• You have the ability to “see” things that need to be done and tackle them in a proactive manner 

• You like to be the “good soul” of our nest and make everyone feel comfortable and at ease 

• You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, in Word, Excel and Power Point 

• You are a native speaker in English and/or Dutch. Any additional European languages are a plus
