Work closely with the CEO/COO to supervise the day-to-day running of our team flagging any issues and ensuring issues are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
Aid in the recruitment, training and development of new team members
Define and monitor standards changing process as and when needed to ensure efficiency as we continue to scale rapidly. To work full-time, we work 7 days a week which means some weekends and bank holidays. Alas, it cannot all be fun and games (but we do have plenty of those, too!) Someone ready to experience managing a team of customer-facing staff.
A person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the nitty-gritty of an operational business
You have impeccably high standards and ability to inspire a team to deliver the same. You work well under pressure. Our guests are flooding in left, right and centre - you have to be able to think on your feet and deal with last minute operational changes.
