About the team
You will be part of Belecos Operations team with 3 team members where you report to our COO.
- Daily operations tasks
- Handling the day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient businesses processes and functions.
- Handle incoming e-commerce customer service inquiries via chat and email during our opening hours
- Assist in delivering on sales and profitability goals
- Passionate about giving every customer excellent service
- Strong structure skills
- Love to multitask
- Passionate about design and trends
- Preferably you come from the furniture, lifestyle or fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English both written and oral
- Strong service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Passionate, high energy and self-starter
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
You will work 3-4 days a week 9-17 at our head office in central Stockholm.
