About the team

You will be part of Belecos Operations team with 3 team members where you report to our COO.


  • Daily operations tasks
  • Handling the day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient businesses processes and functions.
  • Handle incoming e-commerce customer service inquiries via chat and email during our opening hours
  • Assist in delivering on sales and profitability goals

About you

  • Passionate about giving every customer excellent service
  • Strong structure skills
  • Love to multitask
  • Passionate about design and trends
  • Preferably you come from the furniture, lifestyle or fashion industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both written and oral

Personal qualities

  • Strong service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Passionate, high energy and self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

You will work 3-4 days a week 9-17 at our head office in central Stockholm.
